I was lucky enough to meet Kristin (and her entourage) at an Encanterra open house.  Her darling sister-in-law and I were chatting well before Kristin made it around to my table, and when Kristin walked up, she said “you need to hire her”!  Lucky me, because Kristin and Sean are truly just heartfelt and happy people.  I’ve been able to meet with her and her parents a few times, and now we are just two months away from their wedding at one of my favorite venues, that not enough people know about.  It’s been so fun to go over their timeline details, lend advice on lighting and events throughout the day, plus hear all about them.  On this day, for the engagements, I finally got to meet Sean, and although it was a rather warm and humid day, there were no complaints and all smiles.  We did a quick shoot at this beautiful wash in south Gilbert, Arizona.  This is not a traditional Arizona location, but a hidden gem I stumbled upon over 5 years ago.  These huge cottonwood trees are magical and such a great location to stay in the shade.  I cannot wait to shoot and share their beautiful day at this Mediterranean style venue.  Seriously, I want to recreate the stone, style and architecture in our own house remodel.  Enjoy friends!
